My answere for that question was 'Change'.

I needed to feel excitement given by new things, by creating new relationships with other people. I was missing some adventure and the feeling that I'm developing myself, preparing for the future life. That all I have found in an international internship provided by global organization AIESEC.

I went abroad to work with kids and Youth - I was responsible for developing their soft skills. I was fulfilling the gap in their educational system where is too little practical skills such as: time management, team work, career planing.

But realising my job responsibilities is only one aspect of that exchange. In addition, I was socialising a lot with other nations, summarizing, from 3 different continents - I met people from inter alia: Brazil, Singapor, Estonia or Georgia. Totally I was hanging around with the people from 11 countries. And that all, happened only in 3 months, in Plovdiv (in Bulgaria).

I'm Bogusia from Katowice, that's in Poland. By living only 3 months in Plovdiv I have learnt new language – Bulgarian. I will never forget that crazy moments which I spent whith those people who I met there. I feel like it would be my second home – Plovdiv.

I met my needs: I have changed, now I'm more opened toward other people, I experienced the adventure and I'm pretty sure I will notice more impacts of that exchange in the future.
